Every year American Fork has their big Steel Days celebration and for that they have a thing called Picnic in the Park. It is at a huge park just behind our house. They have blow up castles and little carnival rides and games and face painting and tons of fun stuff for little kids to do. And the best part is it's all FREE!! So the moms and grandma take the kids and have a blast. Then at dusk they have a huge movie screen set up and then we watch a movie. This year we watched Madagascar 2. The kids have so much fun. We set out blankets and chairs, soak ourselves in bug spray and enjoy a nice evening. And somehow my kids will actually sit and watch the whole thing. Even Cade. Maybe they are just so wore out from the days events that they are glad to get to rest. Whatever it is, it's a fun memory that we hope to make a tradition.

What a beautiful princess!! Poor little Sadie is stuck with all these rowdy boys. But somehow she manages to hold her own. She is such a delight to have around.

OOOH!! What a scary couple of kids. Ty thinks he's just so tough and Mason's just glad to be here. What a pair!

The picture is a little fuzzy, but here we are just before the movie. What a ham that kid is!!
That sounds like a great time! I love that kind of stuff... I especially want to try this movie thing. I wonder if they do anything like that around my place. Cool!
